Through out this workshop we will sit in a healing women's circle and and discuss nutritives/adaptogens, reproductive tonics, FE's and crystals to aid in female health. Caity will share about herbs and their benefits specific for yoni steaming. Together we will create your own herbal vaginal steam blend, specific for your needs and will go home with directions on how to experience this ancient and healing sacred women's ritual.
