This afternoon "play" shop is designed to empower participants to start off the year in right relationships to all living beings. We will begin the afternoon with a collective prayer of love and unity for the entire planet as well as ourselves. We will co-create plant medicines and mantras, blend individual flower essences and essential anointing oils with the help of herbalists Lupo Passero and Ilana Sobo. There will also be a guided meditation and medicine wheel worksheet to help envision healthy desires and goals. We will work in tandem to energetically let go of that which no longer serves our highest self. The afternoon will also include a sivasana water journey and a shamanic cleansing ceremony with sage, sweet grass and copal.
