Spring is in full swing and our plant friends have returned! Our healing plant allies show up in so many landscapes, including the urban landscape, popping up through sidewalk cracks, railroad tracks and parks. Join us for a midseason Spring plant walk where we will identify the plants we come across on our walk around the Historical Downtown New Milford area and talk about their medicinal, edible, and ecological benefits—plants that you'll hopefully be seeing in your town, neighborhood, and own backyard! Tips and tricks on proper identification and look-a-likes, this walk will help you get familiar with the life blossoming all around us.
