Herbal Crafting for Dreamtime with Bekah Sutter

Join us for this monthly community herbal healing circle. Learn about new plants or herbal healing subjects each month and gain a better understanding of how to incorporate their healing remedies into your life.

Join us in this crafty workshop while we explore herbs and plant based remedies and crafts to enhance your dreamtime. We will discuss some herbs that may help you sleep well and facilitate a vivid dream world. We will then spend time crafting dreamtime tools with plants. We will make:

Bekah Sutter is a blossoming community herbalist, artist, baker and a grad of TwinStar's programs. She has been studying healing herbs for four years and spends much of her time working at the Community Apothecary in downtown New Milford, CT. Bekah's passion lies in combining the healing magic of the plant world and creating beautiful hand-crafted herbal remedies and artwork.
