Plant Wisdom Wednesday Botanical Aphrodisiacs with Bekah Sutter 

Join us for a sexy herbal night at Twin Star on the national day of love! Watch and learn as your senses are turned on to new scents and flavors. We will be exploring plants that are historically considered to be aphrodisiacs from many different herbal traditions around the world. Discover herbs used to entice your body and scents used to lure your heart that have been around for thousands of years.This event will be held in an extra special circle setting where participants will sit around a beautiful alter dedicated to self love and sensual energies. Bekah will lead a short, heart-centered guided meditation, accompanied with smells & sounds to relax and dive into these energies. During this hands on work shop we will be trying and making a variety teas, elixirs, oils, chocolates and more!  Each participant will receive goodies & recipes from class to take home. Perfect for an act of self-love, or shared with loved ones!

Bekah Sutter is a blossoming community herbalist, artist, baker and a grad of TwinStar's programs. She has been studying healing herbs for four years and spends much of her time working at the Community Apothecary in downtown New Milford, CT. Bekah's passion lies in combining the healing magic of the plant world and creating beautiful hand-crafted herbal remedies and artwork.
