Join us for a summer plant walk as we meet and greet some of our favorite summertime plant friends! We will walk and talk and identify the warm weather plants and botanicals around us and discuss how their medicinal properties can be used for our own personal health and wellness as well as ecological benefits. This is a botanically abundant time of year and we are excited to meet and greet some of our favorite plants of the summer season. We will meet for this walk at the Twin Star classroom, in New Milford, CT. Directions will be sent via email the day prior to the event.
Cate is a lifelong organic practices gardener, viticulturist, and community herbalist whose passion is sharing the wonders of our plant friends with others. Cate uses her connection with nature and the energies around us in her practice as a green witch and loves connecting others to the magic she has found there. Cate guides the group in foraging and harvesting medicinal herbs and fungi around the CT & NY area.
