This Wise Woman Wednesday (Wise Guys Welcome, Too!), join Rebekah Sutter in exploring the history and traditional uses of herbs as aromatic incense and healing & cleansing through smoke. Herbs and incense have been burned for thousands of years in ceremonies, rituals, and everyday life. At one time, certain incense were valued as much as gold. We will be going over the different types of incense, along with the various ingredients to make them like fragrant woods, resins, gums, herbs & spices and combustibles.This class will be will be part lecture and part hands-on workshop.
